By booking any services with Kuverotore either through our website, email, or telephone, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please do not use our Services if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
Kuverotore offers the following services: computer diagnosis, inspection of the vehicle, replacement, and other related automotive repair services for fixing and maintaining vehicles. The scope of work to be done for any specific service will be discussed with and accepted by each customer individually before Kuverotore begins work. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, at any time, temporarily or permanently without notice, all or any part of the services. We would like to notify our customers of significant changes that may affect appointments; however, although unlikely, this may not always be possible.
You may make an appointment using our website, email address [email protected], or via telephone. When making your appointment, please give us as much detail about your car and the problems you are having so that we can service you better. Once an appointment has been made, we will send you an email/phone confirmation.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: All appointments require cancellation or rescheduling notice of at least 24 hours. Without due notice, there may be a wait for your service to be rescheduled.
Kuverotore will always quote you before doing any kind of repair or service on your car. It would be in respect to inspecting the vehicle. It also includes labor costs, parts, and any value-added tax. Unless otherwise stated, this quotation is open to acceptance for a limited period, normally seven days.
Please note that we try to give the ideal estimate; however, in cases of an unforeseen circumstance or if further inspection of your vehicle requires more repairs, we may need to revisit the quote. If upon review and inspection, the quote changes, we will contact you first before proceeding with the additional work.
Kuverotore only accepts cash, meaning that any payment for services provided is to be made in cash after the completion of work. It means that there is to be a payment directly to a Kuverotore representative, accompanied by an invoice showing the sum of cash paid.
Non-Paying: If cash payment is not made upon completion of the services, then the vehicle may be held until full payment is made. If necessary, this balance will be pursued through legal means.
We only use quality parts for all our repairs. We stand behind the workmanship in our services. Kuverotore grants a limited warranty on parts and labor, covering defects and faults as a result of the work performed. The warranty period will be given to you at the time of service and will vary depending on the type of repair and parts used.

Being the owner of the vehicle, you are obliged to ensure that the vehicle is fit for the service required and in a proper state. This includes the following:
Kuverotore shall not be liable in any respect for delay in work or extra cost incurred due to incomplete or incorrect information furnished by the customer.
Although we work towards optimal services, Kuverotore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever relating to the utilization of our services. In that respect, what we mean is the loss of use of a vehicle, damage because of delays in finishing a service, or any form of inconvenience in the course of the repair.
In no event shall Kuverotore be liable more than the amount a customer has paid explicitly for the service in question.
Kuverotore shall not be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any part of them and shall not be held liable to any extent for a delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to a Force Majeure Event.
Kuverotore reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time. Changes in the Terms of Service are effective when the changes are posted on our website. Your continued use of the services following the posting of changes will mean you accept those changes. We encourage you to check back regularly to stay up to date with these Terms.
